At Romeo's & Co we bring together respect for nature's timing, the finest raw materials and a warm welcome that feels like home. We are contemporary Marchigiana pizza with a rustic soul: faithful to central-Italian tradition and open to the Mediterranean warmth of Oliva.
We use type-0 flours and a slow fermentation of up to 72 hours to achieve an airy, light and remarkably digestible crust. Every key ingredient travels straight from Italy - Campana DOP buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomato and artisan cured meats - to bring the true flavour of our peninsula to your table.

Very good Italian pizza with good ingredients and great dough. The best in Oliva by far. The only downside is that the size is a bit small, but it's worth it!
Spectacular service and food. The waiters were very attentive and friendly, and the wood-fired pizzas were simply incredible. The focaccia was delicious. We went as a group and everyone loved it. We'll definitely be back.
